SANAVITA Health conducts consultations via secure telehealth video platform. The use of telehealth has benefits and limitations. Patients and physicians do not interact in person, which may limit certain types of physical examination.

Clinical naturopathic care via telehealth is offered to patients residing in Arizona, where naturopathic medicine is licensed as a primary care profession. Patients outside Arizona receive educational consulting and navigation services, which do not constitute clinical naturopathic care or establish a naturopathic physician-patient relationship under state medical licensure.

By scheduling a telehealth consultation with SANAVITA Health, you acknowledge and accept the limitations inherent in telemedicine. You retain the right to seek in-person care at any time.

In educational consulting engagements, Dr. Julio Cantillo, NMD and Dr. Thiago Cavalcante, NMD act as educators and consultants — not as your treating physicians. No physician-patient relationship is established under your state's medical practice act.
