New patients begin with a Free Discovery Call so we can understand your child's or family's needs. Established patients may book the appropriate visit type directly with Dr. Thiago Cavalcante, NMD.
Choosing the right visit
New to SANAVITA Health
New patients should begin with a Free Discovery Call (15 minutes) so we can understand your child's or family's needs and determine whether SANAVITA Health may be the right fit. After scheduling, you will receive a short application by email. Our physicians review the application before the call. If appropriate, you may be invited to schedule a New Patient Visit (60 minutes).
The discovery call is not a medical visit and does not establish a doctor–patient relationship. Pediatric clinical care is available to Arizona patients only.
Established patients
Already an established patient? You may book the appropriate visit type directly using the scheduler below:
- Follow-Up Visit — 45 minutes
- Well Child Assessment — 45 minutes
- Sick Visit
- Family Health Visit
- NeuroWell visit (when available)
